Vinous
The 2018 Peyrabon has a very agreeable bouquet of blackberry, raspberry and briary aromas, the oak nicely integrated and feeling natural. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and crunchy red fruit tinged with cedar and pine. It is a bit chunky on the finish, but I admire the freshness and substance, and the oak is judiciously used. Good winemaking, good wine.
