Description

The Château Pesquié Terrasses Blanc is made from 40% Viognier, 20% Grenache Blanc, 20% Roussanne, and 20% Clairette. Each variety is fermented separately in tank, then blended and aged in a mix of stainless steel and concrete with no malolactic conversion. In the glass, the wine displays a light lemon color. Aromas of white flowers, fresh lime, zesty lemon and ripe peach waft from the glass. The palate shows wonderful freshness and tension that is perfectly balanced by a creamy texture and medium body. Enjoy on its own or with cheese ravioli, fresh vegetables or grilled fish.
